Evans is chairman of MLGW, the nation’s largest three-service public power utility, which serves more than 420,000 customers in Memphis and Shelby County. Evans, who also is a director of Memphis-based First Alliance Bank, is a certified public accountant whose firm provides audit and management consulting services to small businesses, nonprofit organizations, local governmental units, and the legal community.
